No castumer service so bad
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give 0 stars if i could. i am not insured with Geico but my car was hit by a Geico customer. it has been 2 MONTHS and they will still not pay for my car to be fixed. My car was hit while i was sleeping early in the morning. i have fought with this insurance to get this paid for 2 MONTHS now. my autobody is estimating about 1,000 in repairs and Geico won’t send anything more than 300$ for something that was not even my fault. i have a special needs child that we have to travel to children’s ... read more
Great service. Danni was super helpful and was extremely patient with all of my requests. She answered all of my questions and got me a pretty good rate. I would recommend them.
