I made an appointment with Dr. Budianu since I have pretty bad arthritis and had to wait 4 months to be seen. I showed up for the appointment 15 min early as instructed, and proceeded to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF passed my appointment time to be seen. When the doctor finally came in (I did not recognize her since the picture on her website is at least 40 years old), she reviewed xrays another doctor took a couple weeks earlier and told me I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon.
