I could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent! I had my ‘lists’ of everything that I wanted in a home, and Monica delivered!, more important she didn’t shows us hundreds of homes or waste our time(we had a toddler and a 5month old tagging along). In the end, she showed us our home and made the entire process of signing papers and inspections super easy. I have never hesitated in recommending her to anybody.
My husband and I knew what neighborhood we wanted but were unsure of the types of homes available and what would work for us. Several friends recommended Monica, and she gave us an "Intro to Local Homes" tour which turned out to be the education we needed. I think her patience and honesty is unusual in this business (and in life in general) and combined with her knowledge of the building industry, we felt lucky to have found her. And she found our perfect house.
Buying a home can be daunting Monica helped make it fun. Monica was so very patient, kind and we felt like friends, family even not just another client. I feel we looked at hundreds of homes, well in reality it was maybe a dozen. Monica was so very patient and we felt she wanted us to find the right home as much as we did. Monica is absolutely amazing. I am not sure if we would have gotten our house without her. She is not only knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods but attentive to her clients needs and wants ensuring that the houses you see will work for you specifically.
