Spent half a week trying to source a replacement key fob, eventually determined it was a mongoose and simply went to pick two up. Programming to the alarm was initially difficult - so if you're having issues check the user manuals on their website. Good service & support.

Had one of there rear vision cameras go faulty, had it checked out by an Auto electrician at my cost. Contacted them within “their warranty” period. They requested us have it professionally removed, then send it back, they would then test it and determine the fault. A car must have a rear vision mirror to drive I explained and it fell on dead ears. A lot of back and forth emails and wasted time we are no where closer. Seems like these are rebranded cheap models. Recommend steering clear
