This clinic is a joke. The receptionists are rude and sit there and gossip infront of customers, doesn't matter if you're an hour early for your appointment you still wait over an hour to get your room and then another 40 minutes to see a doctor. They don't book you the same doctor they book you with every single doctor in the clinic and then turn around and deny med refill because that doctor is not your main doctor yet they don't give you a main doctor. I would not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

My other half went in vomiting, coughing up blood and also blood in his stools. This has been happening for 2 weeks. He was told he was drug seeking (though he has never asked for any type of narcotic medication) and was only offered a hemoglobin and breath test. This clinic does not value anyone’s life. If I could give a -5 I would. Have been dealing with these people for too long. And now the final straw. Cancel my appointment that I've hung in there for a month to attend to only have it cancelled on me and nothing to be scheduled for3 weeks out. When I needed seen TODAY!! They're is no regards to their clients well being. I have given them too many chances. They dont have basic equipment to use And they just want to get you out. Had small wool wire in my skin that was hard to see with the naked eye and no one had a magnifying glass to see it no did they use the xray machine to see. Had to go to ER and they couldn't see it so they xray my hands and lo and behold found them. And they extract 3 small pieces and explain the rest will come out in time. And isted of assuming im on drugs and imaging my issue they took and used there tools to help me.

This clinic is awful. They rarely have appointments available. There will be 6 receptionists, 1 is checking in people, the other 5 are chatting and laughing, not even looking at their screens. You're never acknowledged. Only the section lead is pleasant to deal with. I have had nothing but trouble getting treatments and help with ailments. 4 years to check a lump in the armpit, with family history of breast cancer under 30.
