I LIVED AT ONE COMPLEX BEFORE THEY WERE PURCHASED BY THIS GROUP AND THINGS WENT DOWN HILL FAST AFTER THAT. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. THE APTS DO NOT GET PAINTED, OR CLEANED BETWEEN RENTERS BUT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THAT SERVICE OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT REFUND ON LEAVING.
