Turn off your "sensitivity" scales in self-checkout!!!! You "offer" paper bags at the station, yet the scales won't accept them and requires staff intervention. We continually receive messages requesting for help when trying to put groceries in paper bag. Over the past month, we only had ONE good experience and that was because the employee manning the self checkout section was very helpful and understood the frustration. Watch your receipts! Advertised price on the shelf rings up higher at the till. ”Customer service” then takes 15 minutes to correct the store error, treats you like you are trying to steal something. Nope, not shopping there!

DO NOT go here for any sort of special event cake. Went in a week before my event to order the cake with a picture on it and went to pick it up and NO cake was to be found. Come to find out they put on my ticket a "no show" with no phone call. Why would you ask for my phone number and then not call me? So here I am with no cake for my special event. I put my trust in you guys and you really messed up.....never going here again and I would advise you not to as well. Very disappointed
If your store is selling chicken breasts all freezer-burned to hell, you best not trust their meats in general. Absolutely disgusting.
