IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS, I WOULD. I NEED A CONTACT NUMBER TO REACH THIS COMPANY. MONTHS AGO WE BOUGHT A GIFT PACKAGE FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS. COME TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER CONTACTED US TO SAY THEY WERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS??? MY FRIEND SAID THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOLD HER THEIR MASSAGE PERSON QUIT AND SHE COULDN'T EVEN GET THE MONEY BACK THAT WE PAID??

I went to Monet for eight months for a color/cut combo with thoughts that it may be as it were throughout my life, as I had been receiving services there since childhood, and periodically during my travels home while on military leave. I made an appointment at Monet at a specific time with a specific girl. The lady at the desk(who had a towel on her head bc she was having her hair colored while at work) informed me that the the girl who I had an appointment with was "going to be a good while" so she pawned me off on another lady. This was unfortunate for me. I was wanting a specific cut for my long hair which I had been growing out for about one year. My husband purchased a gift card for me from Monet, which covered a facial and massage. I booked my appointment 3+ weeks out because I knew that in order to get an appointment during the week I would have to take half a day off work. I arrive just before my appointment time and am informed that they no longer have a masseuse. After asking why I wasn’t contacted they informed me that “they tried calling the number on file and weren’t able to leave a voicemail”. Well that’s odd, because we’ve had no issues with our phones. I enjoy the services I receive there [although this past time, my manicure & pedicure turned out horrible] but they try to add on extra charges almost every time I go. Watch out for the extra charges, especially if you go in with a gift card, you can almost always expect to have to bring your pocket book even though you've spent a fortune on the gift card/package.

My Mother is going through Chemo therapy and we heard that Monet has Wigs for cancer patients its a new thing their doing. I have to say this shop is just amazing they have everything you need and they are always improving. To see the joy and laughter in my mothers eyes again was just so pleasing she looked like herself again. Go to Monet they are WONDERFUL!!!

DURING MOTHERS DAY MY HUSBAND GOT MY MOTHER-IN-LAW AND I A PACKAGE FROM MONET. IT WAS A HOUR MASSAGE, HOUR FACIAL, SPA MANICURE, AND SPA PEDICURE WITH PARAFFIN WAX. IT WAS SO REALAXING WE GOT TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER AND JUST BOND. I THINK ALL DADS, HUSBANDS, FIANCEES, BOYFRIENDS SHOULD GET THERE BETTER HALFS A PACKAGE FROM MONETS.....
