My shoulder was killing me and James expertly targeted my problem area and gently helped me gain more freedom of movement while explaining what muscles and joints were affected. He then made recommendations for treatment and maintenance and I will be back to see him again. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and has excellent technique, go to James! And update: Two days later the pain in my shoulder has decreased dramatically and I have almost gained complete range of motion thanks to James after one session.
