This is not my normal dentist office. I took my son there two get two teeth pulled on a referral from our Orthodontist. They gave me the amount I owed, I paid it and we left. 10 days later, I received a bill and a letter the following day asking why I had not paid my bill, yet. I assumed this was a mistake because we have two insurances. When I received the notice, I realized I still had a few minutes left to call the office. It feels like every time I come here, there is an issue with something at the front desk that precludes me from going into my appointment. This is now the second time that I have had some sort of paperwork issue turn me away, and I feel like I’m wasting my time driving here, waiting for my appointment, and leaving without anything. My theory is that they are very institutionalized, so they lack the personal touch to be able to communicate things adequately, but it’s frustrating when you’re the person on the other end. I took my boys for the first time and Silva & DDS. MAK was great with my kids, very gentle & understanding! the welcome sign with there names on it was cute touch�
Excellent staff. Walked out of there with all of my teeth and no bruises. Thank you, Dr. Chung, Brenda, Maria, and Haley. Looking forward to my follow-up appointments.
