Strange experience trying to book an appointment with Dr. Moness. Every website, including insurance directories, lists her as accepting new patients. When I called the office, they first asked what insurance I had, saying she doesn't take some plans. I told them I had Cigna PPO, and they confirmed she accepts it but then immediately said she's not taking new patients.
