We have an appointment scheduled and sales person called us and told not to come as they are busy and rescheduled for later week 3.30 PM. When we asked if we can come at 12 she said after 3 works best for them and asked not to come before the appointment time. We reached the day at 3.30 PM and the lady told that their schedule works little differently that day and asked us to tour all the 5 model homes which are located at different locations and then come back for meeting. Three of the model homes are located at one location which we saw and left to the 4th model house which is like a mile away and by the time we went it was locked and no one opened the door. We called sales center many times but no one answered and then went back to sales center to find out.... they didn’t even bother to open the door and said they are closed . But when said we had an appointment given at 3.30 and we still didn’t tour the house they say that their board outside says they are open until 5 and rudely closed the door on our face. I don’t understand why they have to cancel our appointment and reschedule it to 3.30 pm if they know they close by 5 and the time will not be enough to see 5 houses located at different locations and then sit and talk in meeting. We drove all the way from home which is 2 hours drive just waste to gas and time. I never recommend this to any friend. Very bad experience even before we paid anything for property. If this is the case I can’t imagine how they treat the customers once payment is done and the ball is in their court.
