Not cooperative
We have an appointment scheduled and sales person called us and told not to come as they are busy and rescheduled for later week 3.30 PM. When we asked if we can come at 12 she said after 3 works best for them and asked not to come before the appointment time. We reached the day at 3.30 PM and the lady told that their schedule works little differently that day and asked us to tour all the 5 model homes which are located at different locations and then come back for meeting.
