I was happy with my PT experience but my experience with billing and payment has been horrible. I last visited mondo in October 2024. At the time I had been paying for services onsite but had also noticed billing hitting my insurance account and HSA. I asked if those charges were expected to be processed there instead and I was told billing would get back to me. Nice staff! The professionals seems knowledgeable. Way way over priced for 10 minutes with the therapist and the rest with college students, largely unsupervised. Almost 400 dollars per visit....
Good therapists but terrible management / front of house; also not enough parking for scheduled patients. Only place I’ve ever gone that charges a fee for credit card use.
