There is zero communication. You receive an email alerting you to a position, respond as requested, with the information needed and never hear back. Can't call.. .apparently EVERYONE in the company has full VM boxes. It's impossible to speak to a living breathing person... called ever office listed on home page....
never got paid, this is horrible.
don't recommend at all, been 4 weeks without a paycheck this is ridiculous.
Hire qualified people, train them to exhibit a work ethic, train them on professional integrity and honesty, screen them for maturity and accountability.
My experience with Kayla Conrad was the most amazing experience I have ever had with a recruiter in my long career =). She was patient and kind. She found out everything I needed to know in order to make my decision. I would recommend her to anyone I know!!!
There are recruiters and then there’s Mondo. They are in a league all their own with integrity, honesty and good ol’ hard work as their driving forces. Gina Beller is the cream of the crop in my book. She got me an interview for a 3 month contract position. Instead of getting hired for 3 months, I got the job as a direct hire instead! Wow!! Gina wasn’t focused on just filling the job, she was determined to make it a great win-win for the employer and me too. Amazing work, Gina! I can’t thank you enough!
I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the Mondo team, and specifically Gina Beller. She's incredibly responsive over email and phone, and truly cares about placing people with the right positions. For someone like me who tends to avoid active marketing/prospecting in their business, being matched with a relevant opportunity is pretty darn great. I absolutely love the company I've been contracting for, and have learned so much about an industry I likely never would have worked with outside of Mondo.
