Same as everyone else.. Got my interviews. Then got to the final interview, and recruiter was supposed to call me back later that afternoon to update me. FIVE DAYS LATER - nothing. All calls go to a full voice mailbox. Emails sent are not responded to. Extremely unprofessional. 🤬🤬

Mondo doesn't respond to emails, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, etc. Don't contact a job seeker if you have no intention of responding to them. It's tough enough out here, you all are just making it worse.

Hands down, the most un-ethical, worst recruiting company I have every worked with. I was pressured to accept a contract job before I had even been given an offer. Like others said, they pepper you with an excessive number of phone calls. They claimed that they had a company ready to make an offer but needed me to accept it on the spot or I would lose it (exploding offer). Set up a time to discuss a hiring we had an immediate need for. Recruiters did not call as scheduled. I emailed their owner 3 times, never got a response. No answer on their mainline, or her line. Voicemail boxes are always full. Waisted a week trying to contact them before moving on to another agency.

As others have pointed out, they reach out to you (hoping someone responds) but don't acknowledge any respondent and every voice mail is full. They don't answer phones and act as if they don't care to actually be there.
