Our daughters car broke down and Mondini's was the closest place to tow it. Steve said he got a crank sensor error and called me but I was at work, so he called my non-mechanically inclined wife. He said that He needed to change the timing belt and since the water pump was in the way, he needed to change that too. My wife agreed and after I found this out I called Steve. Steve said after all that work the car still won't start and he needed to back track to find the problem. He discovered that the #2 ignition coil had burnt ... read more

I have used Mondini here in Amarillo since 2001. I took our car because the heater wasn't staying hot. After $305. worth of work the the heater did the exact same thing as it did before I wasted $300. So I took it back in 2 weeks ago. They said they were short handed and would call after they had a chance to see what was wrong. I waited 2 weeks and called today and they said it was ready. When I go pick it up they charge me another $41. We are very tight on money person and I hate that we spent $305 and got NOTHING for it!!!... read more
