Sam is excellent to work with and gave me a great deal! He had sold the original auto before I contacted him but had another just like I wanted and better. I will definitely contact him the next time I need a car.
Replied to my e-mail quickly. Went and inspected the car and drove it in privacy. Sales associate there was not hovering over, which I really liked. This was the easiest deal I've ever made on a vehicle. I loved that the car was detailed and super clean. Some places don't even bother. Got the car I was looking for at the right price. I recommend visiting them for your next purchase.
I contacted this dealer by email on Wednesday 7-12-17 with no response. The next day I sent and offer for the truck via a form on their website, no response. Saturday I called and the truck was being sold as I called. I take responsibility for waiting as long as I did to make the actual phone call. However the lack of response to email needs improvement. If they had responded in a timely manner I may have been able to purchase the truck.
No ordinary Sales People or Car Lot!! Sam was a very friendly, upfront and honest guy he was not your average Sales Person! All vehicles were very well maintained, clean and in excellent running condition! We had an excellent and comfortable ride back to Tulsa, OK..... We were out-of-state buyers and we appreciated the fact that Sam gave us accurate information about the vehicle(s) that we were interested in purchasing. Dealer was available to answer questions, but we didn't purchased a different dealer and never went to see his car.
Good experiance I am buying the truck today. This dealer Sam held the truck until my funds transfered. HE Fixed a problem he found with the truck BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY! Great place to buy a car or truck.
