Working with Monda Clemons was an absolute pleasure. Due to tax reasons, my husband and I had to purchase two investment properties, during a seller's market (not fun) in 45 days. Not only did she get the job done, she had everything from a wonderful mortgage broker to a fantastic house cleaning team. The cherry on the top was when she turned right around and found me the perfect tenants, showed the homes and took care of all needed paperwork. She's the best!
