01/13/25 I called Moncrief to get a quote on maintenance for units we purchased from Moncrief. I asked what was included and was directed to the company website for the list of 20 items included in maintenance services. I inquired if filter changes were included, I was told yes. Unethical, unprofessional dont know what they are doing company. We had a unit under warranty a bit over a year old. Came 3 times. Different stories. Wanted to sell me a new compressor. Got a second opinion & for $300 changed the transformer. Problem solved. First told me they world refund me $345 for the service agreement we had paid. Never got the check. Mariano and David efficiently cleaned our dryer vent. They arrived as scheduled and were professional and courteous. Mariano, who had re-routed the vent two years ago, gave helpful advice about care and maintenance. We would recommend Moncrief without reservation.

Moncrief is always prompt and professional. They were able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired our heat pump. Excellent service.

Moncrief was less then some other vendors but, they offered MORE in value and the actual work that was needed for the job. They replaced my unit in less then 4 hours and were nothing but professional during the entire process. I will definitely be doing more business with them.
