Had an absolute incredible experience. 10/10. Highly recommend. Emma was able to match the picture I showed her off of Pinterest perfectly. Henry was great at my gel pedicure. I am excited for the expansion of services, including hair treatments here at this location.
I had an amazing experience! David was very kind, funny, and easy to talk to. He made great conversation and took an interest in my personal life, which made the visit feel very comfortable and welcoming. I loved learning that it’s a family-owned business and I could feel the warmth and friendliness in the atmosphere. Throughout the appointment, David checked in to make sure I was happy with my results and had great attention to detail. I left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
Guys… I found the BEST nail salon in Austin… I went to my usual space (Milano) that I’ve been going to for years to only discovered the last time I was met with rude check in hosts and inconsistent and chipped nails. I walked into that space and turned around after the final interaction. I then quickly searched on google for a new nail salon and found Moncheri located on East as well. 5 stars from me, I love this spot! David is my favorite and he always makes sure that I’m taken care of. He’s very precise and always talks me through the process. I also love Hailey for whenever I’m getting a detailed design, she’s the queen! Sometimes it can be a wait, but I make sure to not have anything planned after my appointment so that I don’t mind. The space is beautiful and calming and they give you free drinks during your appointment as well. Would recommend!
2nd Update: We're still a fan! I've been going to Moncheri since the new owners took over, but they just relaunched with their updated and gorgeous renovations and it's better than ever! Not only have I always had great technicians and service (I have stubby little nails but they always clean them up so nicely) but the experience/environment has always been amazing as well.
