THEY HAD ME IN TEARS!!!! – The first year I used them for my son's birthday party the service was good. But the next year the service was appalling. I ordered a moonwalk and several table and chairs for the party. The don't ask for a deposit. The day of the party I called to confirm the time and was told that my items had been rented to someone else.
