Very corteous and professional with great deals – We rented the fire truck ,margarita machine ,tables and chairs from monas party rentals on a couple of days notice for my sons birthday party. They were able to to get me what i needed on short notice at great prices. I would highly recommend Joe and his staff for any party occassion you can count on them to get the job done and treat a customer in a professional manner. I will continue to use monas for any party occassion. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE
Punctual, professional, and a great value! – I reserved a moonwalk, 3 tables and 58 chairs 3 days before my event and they were friendly and accommodating. They were very punctual and arrived right on time dropping off and picking up the rentals. The moonwalk was very clean and the driver was friendly. I will use Mona's Party Rentals in the future. RUDE RUDE PEOPLE – These people are appalling, the wife is a totally mean, I had been a customer for several years and then one day they decide it was alright to curse me out just because I complained about my piñata not having the colors that I requested. They decided that the colors that I had chosen were ugly and put whatever colors they felt like it on it. At least that is what the horrible woman told me. Space Jump Moon Rentals had to bail me out... – Mona did not deliver a moonwalk and tables I reserved months in advance. When I called to inquire about why the moonwalk had not been delivered she was very rude. My daughter's party was about to be ruined but luckily after calling around (minutes before the party was to start) Space Jump Moon Walk (713-410-8581) came to the rescue and delivered my moonwalk within 45 minutes of me calling. Worst experience! Don't use these people! – These people shouldn't be running any kind of business. I had multiple problems with these people. First, they confirmed the wrong date, then had the wrong time, and to top it off they brought the wrong moonwalk the day of the party! Great Service – We needed a margarita machine on short notice for a bbq cook-off and they were able to get us a machine with an awesome mix! The margaritas were nice and cold on a hot day and we will keep Mona's in mind for our next cook-off!!
Great service, prices to match!! – I needed a rental for out of town ASAP and Mona's worked with me! The people were very friendly and flexible. This was not the first time I used this company and it won't be my last. We used it for our wedding, kid's birthdays, and company events. If you are looking for rentals this is the place to call!!!
Awesome People – Mona's Party Rentals have done our school carnival for the past 3 years. They are so nice and helpful with making the reseration over the phone as well as getting everything prepared for our function. We placed our order and they came out to our schoo and suggested where we should put all the units. As usual our carnival was a SUCESS! Thank You Mona's for all your help see you next year!
Terrible service – I had used them for 4 years. This year I kept calling to reserve a date for a moonwalk , tables and chairs. Joe kept asking me to call back since he was never in the office. Finally he asked me to instead send him an e-mail so I did. Still yet, I did not get a confirmation. The week of the party I called and he, yet again, asked me to call him back later.
