im just about to fly to tucson from washington state for a mona's cinnamon roll. if i lived in the tucson area, i'd weigh a ton and a half!

I love the hard rolls and cheese for breakfast, and must have a loaf of rustic bread every week! Seedy but still light, wonderfully chewy crust, perfect toasted with butter.
My friend brought me to Mona''s today for lunch. My first time. The dessert case is so chockful of gorgeous pastries it should be on display in a museum! Simply stunning to look at. After a very tasty sandwich, we shared a brownie. The first forkful of chocolate started to melt in my mouth and a burst of flavor spread sweet joy across my tongue. Thankfully, my friend was talking at the time, so I could thoroughly enjoy the sensation. I may just go back every day this week to try a new pastry!
