I have lived here at Monark Grove for 2 years May of 2025 and love it. The apartment is roomy and the large windows let in light every day. The large bathrm is great too. We have good food and special dinners once a month like a cookout in Court yard or Pig roast in dinning rm. Lots of activities too.
I reluctantly took down my first review explaining due to pressure from administration, but I feel like it’s being dishonest if I don’t share our reality. My mom lived there and her care was extremely less than stellar. My mom had multiple falls & it took an extremely long time for anyone to attend to her needs. One time after a fall it literally took well over 20 minutes for someone to come to her aid once notified. Tara was very helpful in our tour and information regarding living at Monark Grove Greystone for my father-in-law.
The staff is awesome…always willing to help residents with needs and offer encouragement. Johnny, the day concierge, is especially kind and friendly, ready to do whatever is needed to support us.
