i have been so blessed to have my family member here at Monark , Everyone goes out of their way to help and support the residents. We have been very pleased with our experience in assisted living. From beginning move in to now we have been very pleased. If you or anyone you know looking this is your place go see the sales team!!
visited this commnity and it is 5 stars all the way! staff was all very friendly and welcoming, dinner smelled amazing and residnets seemed very happy!
This review is for my experiences with Memory Care unit ONLY. I would 100% suggest not going there unless your loved one is in tip top shape. Shortly after my mom moved in, she was sent to the the Geriatric Psych Ward. I had no options. Horrible experience. Before and after my mom's "time" in Monarch, I didn't experience any of the things Monark was barking about. IMO, they do not know how to handle the not so good days with dementia patients. There are so many other options than shipping them off to the Psych Ward. When my ... read more
Very happy with this facility. The staff genuinely cares about the residents. Happy to have my mother stay here.
