Yoli gave me information and was very knowledgeable when it comes to apartments also the Sandy springs area and she was sweet, I rented somewhere else because the floor plans are not suitable for me but she was so amazing I wanted to move in to Monarch just for her lol

Just Trash all around. I have 15 maintenance request waiting from Months ago. No one picks up the phone, the phone is actually disconnected and not even working right now. This place is just going downhill!
Yolimar is a wonderful manager, her heart is full of empathy and kindness. She did the inspection checking very carefully and patient before my move-in. She also offered a graceful discount on my leasing. I'm looking forward to move to this warm community
