I have been living at Monarch Station since January 2018. My experience from the beginning everything seems good except the parking. Of late, (and I hate writing reviews) Maintenance and Management is not doing a great job. My washer has not been working since 9/28/2020 (put in a service request that day being 9/28) with an error reading F9 and E1 which I stated in the request.
