They refused me service after not one time explaining to me a policy i get refused service on first appointment…for calling 3 hours late.No policy never was told i will be refused just get flat out booted gor nothing. Very professional.
I was told by the receptionist that they don't get faxes from pharmacies for refills. This is the first office I have ever worked with that expects you to call them directly to request a refill and does not accept faxes from the pharmacy. It has caused many days of missing medications cold turkey. Very poor practice for a medical office to not go through their faxes.
Was referred to come here and it was AMAZING! There was a wide selection of practitioners and I overall felt very welcomed by everyone in the office!
