I am a NYC psychologist who is posting to warn other clinicians that this is a very poorly run clinical service. Calls are rarely answered and the pharmacy messages are not returned. In contrast, the NP to who I have referred to is professional, responsive and personable… though difficult to reach when a consult is needed.
