Dr. Jafrudy is an outstanding family doctor — he truly deserves 10 stars. He listens carefully, takes his time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well-being. I always feel respected and well taken care of during every visit. However, the experience with his medical office assistant could be improved. She can be quite rude and unprofessional on the phone, which makes it difficult when trying to schedule appointments or ask simple questions.
