My 2 year old and I were in the waiting room when a mother and her duaghter came in. There was a moth in the waiting room to which the other little girl reacted in fear to. One of the dental assistants noticed and slapped the moth to the floor and stepped on it. I teach my duaghter to love and respect all living things. Specially the misunderstood ones. The Monarch team is incredible. Very clear on instructions and answering many of my questions. From the quote process to having my aligners removed. Every single person was so kind and so competent. I will miss my visits but so grateful they are here for the community.
