The Monarch team is incredible. Very clear on instructions and answering many of my questions. From the quote process to having my aligners removed. Every single person was so kind and so competent. I will miss my visits but so grateful they are here for the community.

My first appointment at this orthodontic office went really well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment. Unfortunately, my second appointment was extremely frustrating. I went in to have tags placed, and everything initially seemed to be going fine until the orthodontist explained that my bone/gum structure made placement very difficult and decided to stop the procedure.
