My first appointment at this orthodontic office went really well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment. Unfortunately, my second appointment was extremely frustrating. I went in to have tags placed, and everything initially seemed to be going fine until the orthodontist explained that my bone/gum structure made placement very difficult and decided to stop the procedure. Dr Estrada and ALL supporting staffwork together to create an amazing orthodontic office. Dr Estrada is a very careful, thorough, kind, professional and she gets results quickly. I've been so impressed by the whole office. All of the assistants and Dr Esrrada are so careful to minimize pain, but maximize results. Highly, highly recommend.
