Reviewing the reviews just take in mind you get what you look for. I was looking for a place where communication is key. Clean. Support staff actually support. There’s a sense of community. While nothing is perfect, I have been pleased to call this place home. The office staff are kind, willing to work with you, seek options and communicate. The maintenance team is superior, a request is in and taken care of directly. The staff really work to let us know what’s happening. The actual apartment is pretty nice and I enjoyed our time there. The experience at move out with the apartment gets two stars for me because they are at least professional, but Graystar would get no stars if I could. The move-out process was unclear, even though we followed all the steps we were told to in advance. We were charged the wrong amount at move out and they are holding us to an overdraft fee. The entire staff here is amazing I have been here alil over a year and was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer everyone has been helping our family while going through chemo and radiation couldn’t ask for a better place to live even the smallest things like the maintenance helping me up and down the stairs and the managers being so kind and checking in
