Place an application to rent a house in the area of Redlands , agent Jennifer Wilson the agent that handled our application didn't try to contact us . We had to contact her for updates . Times she would say I need to contact owner and I'll reach back . She contacted us to let us know if we got approved or not . Tried many times to contact agent even leaving messages with all information and still nothing from agent. Wasted our time and money .Very unprofessional
I have only good things to say about Monarch management & Jennifer, and her help. She helped me get into my house and if ever I needed any repairs, she was on it and workers came in a timely manner. I've lived in my house 10 years now. I Can't think of anyplace I've ever lived that I could give such a good review until Monarch Management.
Jenifer was truly heaven sent... shes awesome! I actually cried when the apartment complex I rent from was sold and she wouldn't be my manager anymore.
Not a good property manager, she ignores any requests/issues after all signings and deposits paid. If you see her name on any property for rent, really evaluate if you want to pay for rent and fix issues on your own because she will ignore you until you can either get Fair housing involved or lawyers. It was my first time renting an apartment and she took advantage of my inexperience, promising updates to the apartment after I signed and just ignored communication until I called fair housing, do not text her make sure you us... read more
You just cannot find a better rental property manager than Jennifer. She is thorough, efficient, polite, prompt and effective. We used her to manage a single family rental in Fontana CA and the experience was seamless. If only all business dealings were this good! Andrew and Susan
