life changing, you just really have to use the tools they give you, utilize your counselor, be engaged and mindful, feel your feelings and remember NO feeling is final. I learned my triggers and how to cope with my stresses. I'm still working on myself, but I'm a better self because of Monarch.

I'm so thankful for my time at Monarch & the education, tools & support I received there. I just celebrated 9 months clean & sober- something I never thought I would be able to do & wouldn't have been able to do were it not for my time at Monarch.
MONARCH IS EXCELLENT. IT HELPED ME GROW IN SO MANY WAYS. ITHRIVED THERE. IT TAUGHT ME HOW TO NEVER GIVE UP. I WONT SAY I LEFT THERE AND DIDNT RELAPSE, BUT I WILL SAY WHEN I DID RELAPSE I HAD THE TOOLS TO GET BACK UP AND FIGHT. I went to monarch a few times not because they weren't giving me the right tools it's because I hadn't hit my bottom the woman I've met throughout my stay at monarch where absolutely amazing woman a few I still have contact with monarch staff helped me want to change my life giving me hope that there was a better life then how I had been living mine help me grow as a mother I recommend if your stuck in your addiction and you feel there is no more hope think again because there are good people in the world who will believe in... read more
