I been going to this hair store for the past 3 years consistently like no less then 5 times a month and i recommend it to my family members as well and i had went on Saturday to get some tracks I try and look for the hair I came for Chris asked if he could recommend me something and I said sure because im a regular at the store I thought he would know the quality of the hair he has so he convinced me to try the new pack of hair they have and he held it to my head and said i was a 1b and I don’t know the colors by number so i... read more
I seen good work from then online I paid was told I would get serviced after a client she had 3 people went and I still didn’t get service. When I brought it up there was up most lack of customer service, and no accountability.
I have visited this store on several occasions. The owner (father) has a somewhat inviting demeanor, but the daughter is rude and direct in her demeanor.
I walked in the store the lil girl walked up to me and said you got to leave your purse at the register the owner said say im carrying a neverfull lv I said for what she said he thinks everyone steals I just walked out don't shop here
