Outstanding team and company!!
Monarch cared for my mom, Linda, for about five and a half years, and I honestly don’t know how to adequately put into words what their care meant to our family. I had cared for my mom through Alzheimer’s for roughly six years, so when we reached the final months and weeks of her life, I knew the road we had been on for a long time. Every staff member I have met is so caring and compassionate. They exemplify truly loving and caring for another human.
Luke and Amber gave absolutely amazing care to our dad Wayne. They were both extremely compassionate, went above and beyond to make Dad comfortable toward the end of his life. They provided robust communication to my sister and I, proactively notifying us of Dad’s care needs and consulting with his doctors when we needed to make decisions. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Monarch, both before my mother passed and after. The end days team, including Caleigh, Kayla, Reanna and Samantha who were with us to the end, and Carlo Gruieta whose support, counseling and affirmation afterwards will never be forgotten.
