Luke and Amber gave absolutely amazing care to our dad Wayne. They were both extremely compassionate, went above and beyond to make Dad comfortable toward the end of his life. They provided robust communication to my sister and I, proactively notifying us of Dad’s care needs and consulting with his doctors when we needed to make decisions. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Monarch, both before my mother passed and after. The end days team, including Caleigh, Kayla, Reanna and Samantha who were with us to the end, and Carlo Gruieta whose support, counseling and affirmation afterwards will never be forgotten. My dad recently passed away. We did not have a clue to which hospice to pick and Monarch was chosen on our behalf by a nurse at a rehab facility. We could not be more impressed with the care and knowledge of EVERYONE that we encountered over my dad's last 3 days in their care. James was phenomenal, Kristin (if I spell this wrong I apologize) and Jasmine were absolutely phenomenal.
