I wish I read the reviews before calling this company. Transparency is always the best way to do business. We did not feel agents were upfront
Dishonest company. they lie and bully in an attempt to get one over on you. highly unethical. Complaints to be filed with DRE and HCD. This company should be shut down. Follow up to Elizabeth’s response. My review is for the correct company. Dishonest fraud. Hopefully going out of business soon enough.

After we sold / purchased our homes with Elizabeth and when she got paid her commission from our sales, she brushed us off when it came to the warranty work on our new home. We were hoping she could use her clout with Fleetwood on our warranty work. but she couldn't be bothered to help us when we called or texted her. Lack of communication No pre qualifying of new buyers No follow up Very unprofessional Emily Tice was the worst...lack of any communication skills whatsoever I would not use them to sell your mobile home Especially at the end...if it wasn't for Victor and Tony of Heavenly mobile we would still not have sold our mobile home We did not GET ANY RESPONSE FROM MONARCH AT THE END.
