Very nice & professional, they explained all they found that was good and what needed to be fixed or replaced, didn’t feel uncomfortable to ask questions, been using their services for a few years now.

Have had the guys from Monarch out a few times for AC and heater tune ups. Always polite and communicate well. They don't pressure sell, but they tell you if something is needed for your unit to be the best it can be.

Everything was fine. We had a technician come and clean the system amd I said I wanted to order more electronic air filters. I paid them a lot of money for 2 boxes of filters and the technician said he would put them on order. A month goes by wondering where my order was. I called customer service and they said the technician left them with us while he was at our house. I explained we never had the filters, just the 1 empty box in front of our home from when he had installed them. Called an additional 3 times and they say th... read more
