This company is unprofessional and greedy. They continued to push a sale on my elderly disabled grandfather when he clearly stated multiple times he could not make financial decisions on his own and would like to wait for a family member to be present. The sales guy was reasonable and understanding but unfortunately the people on the phone disregarded what my grandfather was telling them. Senior technician John Yotoun has been to my home on two occasions and both times I received excellent service.
Our service technician, John Yotoun, was professional and I appreciated his positive customer service. He provided information on how to properly maintain our unit to improve its longevity.
We had Monach come out to do a free maintenance check up. John Yotoun came out. He was very friendly very professional took his time and explained everything he was doing.
