BEWARE! They rip off the elderly! 1 star is too nice! Hard sales and they charged an outrageous price. Then didn't even complete more then 10% of the work that they stated was done. Knowing that the home owner wouldn't be physically able to go into the attic to look for themselves. Then they returned and tried to charge double the amount for the same type of issues that was supposed to have already been completed. Just a horrible shady company! Monarch Air/Heating tried to get $5,000.00 from me. Three components for the heating needed to be replaced and they were still under warranty. Specialized Air came to my rescue and replaced those parts for labor only $450.00. I had to put one star up to post otherwise I would give Monarch Air/Heating a ZERO! Well I got a response from the owner that you're sorry. You want to make me happy return my money for service call that did not get done. I did call and ask for money back and was told that could not be done. Sandy B.
Monarch is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am not being dramatic. I bought a whole new unit in 2023 and every 5-8 months (on top of their regular maintenance) I have to have them come out to fix my unit. Always same issue, tried multiple of their solutions THEY presented to us and they keep saying “SHOULD do the job”. Purchased new ac unit in July of 2021. I have had at least 20 service appointments in that time period including 3 just this month. The unit still isn't functioning properly. All I'm ever told is that "we" can do thousands of dollars in additional work to get it to function properly.
I am very dissatisfied with my purshase of this unit. My unit is only 4 years old and have had to already put expensive repaires into it. They only plan to run so long before repairs are needed. I’ll never buy another one from monarch
