Wonderful, Professional and quick service!
Home A/C ducts flooded due to a water line break in the slab. This required a new overhead system to be installed. Monarch employees were here on time and worked in a very hot attic due to the summer temperatures. They got the job done and were very professional. They cared and made sure that the job was well done. Would recommend this company and their employees without reservation.
Monarch Heat/Air recently serviced my home heating system. This is the first time that I used them. They were on time and very professional and efficient. All my questions were answered in terms that I could understand and the service charge was very reasonable as compared to what I have been paying for years to my previous service agent. I will continue using this company and would recommend this company to others.
The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and he didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was not. He showed me what the problem was; showed me the gauge readings; and he gave me the old part when I requested it. Should I have another problem with my A/C unit, I will definitely call Monarch Heating and Air again.
They were on time and worked 8 hr. without a break .The guys were very patience with us asking question and watch them work. I would hire Monarch Heating and Air again. Before we hired them Shawn answer all our phone call and would come and talked to us if we needed more information
My experience was with Shawn when he came over to do the job appraisal. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about line of products. He was able to explain the differences between the models and what it meant in energy efficiency, cost, and unit performance. He even showed up in a clean polo shirt and put on shoe covers before stepping into the house, making sure not to track dirt into the house.
