If there was an option to give no stars - I would. My first visit, I waited over 10 minutes after the 12pm appointment start time. Finally, Lauren Kitchens came out to get me and take me back to her office. To say the appointment was unprofessional, is an understatement. However to protect my privacy, I will not go into detail. My family absolutely adores this place. We go to the Herriman location but have also been seen in Lehi. A huge shoutout to the following therapists: Cynphony, Amber, and Haley! I feel comfortable recommending anyone to Monarch, and will continue to do so
The experiences I’ve had at Monarch Family Counseling have always been wonderful! I’m extremely grateful for the time my therapist has given to me to assist me in my life, and the kindness I’ve always received from the administrators and other therapists in this office. Thank you!
Very disappointed with my experience with this practice. Billing was a nightmare and I couldn't get a straight answer from any of them. Will not be going back.
