Monarch Doors just do not want to help fix ongoing problems with their door installation. Delays lasting months on end with no access to our garage and not able to get car out. Car went out of registration. I normally never review for poor service as it is difficult running a business and to get it right every time. Still cannot access garage... despairing at Monarch service. sorry

Chad came out and did an estimate in a very timely manner, explaining every detail in the process. He explained the process of the new door installation, the motor, advantages and disadvantages of one system of motor over another, among answering many other questions I had at that time.
