The process of ordering a new door from Monarch Door Company was very easy. They kept me informed when it arrived and promptly set up an installation date. The install went without a hitch and I also had them replace the surrounding flashing for me. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. I’ve had them change over my keypads a few times, after my kids beat up on them, which they did in a very timely fashion. Finally, their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer attention and service. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. We changed our choice on garage door options twice, once even after a contract was signed, and they took it right in stride and accommodated us. We were very happy with the quality and installation of the finished doors. From initial call to completion they made the process easy. I would highly recommend Monarch for any one looking for new garage doors or service.
Salesman showed up on time, verified model and size of door panels. Received a call 2 weeks later that the replacement panels were in and set up an installation date. Service technician arrived on time replaced the panels and checked out the whole system for proper operation. I would not hesitate to call them again for all my garage door needs.
