Kelly, Branch Manager, billed me and my insurance company for Emergency Service when there was no emergency service. Shady and unscrupulous. Dental service and staff were terrific.
Here is the brief feedback as per experience at this place. The only good part of my experience at Monarch Dentistry was Ashley, the hygienist. She was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Everything else was disappointing and disgusting. The front desk staff never informed me before my X-rays that there was supposedly an issue with my insurance claim. Great service, friendly staff, and very professional. The hygienist did explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and did an amazing cleaning. Highly recommend!
