Monarch Dental is your average dental office -- nothing special. They don't offer eye protection from the bright lights, and the hygienist I was with was rather rough with the flossing, pushing quite hard down onto my gums.
I came in here for an unscheduled recement of a crown. They were not my usual and customary dentists, but were gracious enough to work me in quickly. Dr. Nelson did an excellent job of putting the crown back on. I was pleased with the quality of the work he did, and would recommend him to anyone. The office staff could have been more cordial, though. However, they did find a way for my insurance to save me some money, which was nice.
I am terrified of dentists, but not here. Dr. Nelson helps me stay calm and I feel confident in his abilities.
