The facility staff on pm shift was very mean and racist , and unprofessional to me as a registry staff . Med tech was very disrespectful told me to go home then called her supervisor to tell her I abandoned the shift . When she is the one told me to go home and walk me out the door . If I abandoned the shift I would walk myself through the door, registry staff please stay away from this facility

The the managers here are very mean to their employees. Me personally worked there under registry and felt like I was literally being pushed around. The medication tech/ manager literally runs on hear say and is very rude to the agency referrals that are sent to work at her facility for very little pay too. They have no hospital beds either it’s a very unsafe place for an elderly person to be in a regular bed.

I moved my mother from another memory care center to Monarch, and she has thrived. She eats well, the staff are friendly and helpful, her quality of life has soared. I feel relieved and grateful every day for Monarch.

A few years ago I was introduced to Monarch Cottages by a friend who was doing placement for a resident that lived in the senior community I work with. First impressions are everything and I was wowed when I walked in. The community is beautiful similar to what feels to me like what coastal living at The Hamptons would look like. ( never been ).
