Joyce and the gang are warm and welcoming. We had a good time. We knew what we wanted and they pointed us in all good directions. Super happy with the install and will go back. They have the best dog who leaves at noon so I recommend to go in early. (PS the attached photo is the sisal carpet installed but the floor boards are unfinished.)
Super unprofessional and disorganized. After going through measurement and providing payment info over the phone, we heard nothing for weeks. After multiple follow ups we learned Joyce plainly lost our order and it was never filled. Over a month of wasted time and now having to start over somewhere else.
do not meet the obligation. They don't write all the work in the contract and then say we didn't talk about it. Not finishing the work on time. People are very irritable and impatient.
