Recommended*incredible* service from Jason and MHI. Jason walked us through the entire process step by step explaining everything in detail my dumb non inspector brain could clearly understand. Within a VERY short time we had a complete and comprehensive list of the ‘non emergencies’ along side a few ‘need immediate attentions’. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we had a very pleasant experience with Jason from Monadnock Home Inspections. He was very professional, detailed and friendly. He offers a diverse amount of services depending on what you need. He also explained a lot of helpful information about our future home so we have a good idea on preventative measures. Jason did a very thorough job in a timely manner. Even our realtor was impressed on how thorough he was but didn’t take all afternoon like most inspectors. Jason is very professional and friendly and worked with our schedule on when he would come out. Jason also gave me a list of small things he recommended fixing that We’re not critical but could turn into problems later. Jason was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in laymens terms so I was sure to understand what he meant. He showed up before we did and had already completed the roof inspection. We had the report by the time i woke up the next morning. I would recommend him to everybody buying or selling!

Peace of mind is what we were looking for buying are first home and it being bank owned/short sale and sat winterized for a couple years. Monadnock Home Inspections gave us just that he was very thorough and made sure we understood everything.
