Very professional and kind. My door got fixed the same day I called.
No one informed me that the gas to the oven/stove was off. Or that it used a pilot light system or where those pilot lights were. So that was an unwelcome suprise the first time I tried to use it. Aside from that everything was great. I was even able to get the key a day early cause I was going to be gone on the 1st.
