They will not fix anything. They signed saying they would fix the foundation and did not. This is why their listing was on the market for over a year. How they still have a license is beyond me.

I just bought a home from this realty company in Whittier and the company still has not removed the lock box from the front door. The sign was never picked up and almost struck a passerby. Do not deal with company they are the worse real estate company; I have ever seen. I have to now buy a new doorknob to get the lock box off the front door. Very bad business
