If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't let the word luxury fool you - red flag number 1. My apartment flooded twice within a year and a half of living there. They didn't completely clean nor fix the damage and I got charged for it upon move out. I also got charged for a "gate remote" that they never provided. I was also charged for a bathtub that was NOT new when I moved in but because I couldn't fill out the checklist when I moved in because of the flooding, I was charged for it. We have lived here for 8 yrs since November 2008. We used to love it here and kept resigning our leases even after they started hiking up the rate. The original management team who was here have all changed and most recently it has turned awful. We went in today to negotiate a better rate and the young millennial, Kierya, who has worked here maybe two months had a complete lack of human empathy. The resident did not get an increase due to the company losing money. Resident received increase due to the fact she was severely under market rent. Current rate on her apartment is $935.00. She is currently paying $820.00. Her new offer was $880.00 which is still under the current market rent. Via text, I told resident we could negotiate at $870 and that was the final offer.
