We continue to return to Monaco for purchasing and service because of the great customer service.
Could not be happier with the way I was treated at this dealership. Made my first new car buying experience a dream come true. My salesman Cameron Ortiz was also phenomenal- very low pressure and easy to work with.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for trading a vehicle in. They are not serious. Made a deal over the phone with pictures. Vehicle details all the data aligned with kelly blue book. Told me to come in, sign papers drove over an hour to get there. They tried to tell me the trade is now almost ten thousand dollars less, then we agreed upon. Waste of my time. You're better off at a more reputable dealership.
Had an amazing experience buying my new F150 at Monaco Ford today. Jillian was great. No games no hassles. Easy in and easy out.
